Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router. The video quality will automatically adjust to your connection speed.
No audio
Ensure your device volume is turned up and the video player is not muted. Some browsers mute autoplaying videos by default.

What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps for a stable 720p stream, and 10 Mbps for 1080p HD. Always run a speed test at your venue before the wedding day.
Can I use my iPhone?
Yes! Modern iPhones have excellent cameras. We highly recommend using a tripod and ensuring the phone is fully charged or plugged into a power bank.
