All payments are processed securely. We offer a satisfaction guarantee prior to your event date. If you are unsatisfied with the test stream quality, you may request a full refund before the actual wedding day. No refunds are provided after the event has taken place.
3. Event Streaming
You are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity at your venue. Wedding2Web is not liable for stream interruptions caused by poor local network conditions, hardware failures on your end, or user error during setup.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and stream passwords.
5. Content Rights
You retain all ownership rights to your video content. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to host, process, and transmit your video solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your guests.
